And how in the end, it came down to nothing more than a minor tweak to my bedtime routine, something completely different to what everyone says you’re supposed to do.
After giving birth to my 3rd and final child, I couldn’t get back to my normal weight and eventually ballooned to 259.
When I showed negative symptoms that relate to being heavy, my doctor told me that I had to shed my excess weight, otherwise…
So for the past few years, I endured the day-to-day pains and frustrations:
I had to restrict all my favorite foods, and go on complicated diets which told me to avoid carbs and sugar, and eat boring, tasteless meals instead.
I had to miss on out social events because I couldn’t participate in any activity that required me to stand for more than 10 minutes
I felt exhausted most of the time, so much so that I couldn’t even play with my granddaughter. Can you imagine that?
I kept packing on more pounds no matter what I tried and I became so big that I was ashamed of being seen in public.
What’s more, you’re made to feel like it’s all your fault.
But it is not your fault!
Believe me, I followed all the doctors’ advice, I watched what I ate.
I even exercised and avoided stress, and yet…
The number on the scale did not budge.
Does that make sense to you? Me neither.
* Inflammation
* Chronic headaches
* Severe mood swings
* Uncontrollable hunger/cravings
* Memory loss and fogginess
* Low self-esteem
* Irritability and impatience
* Severe bloating
* Lack of motivation
* Back pain
* Restless, interrupted sleep
See, what most people don’t get and what nobody ever tells you is that…
And it can happen to you even if:
** You’ve been slim during your younger years;
** You exercise all the time; and
** You’re super careful about what you eat.
It all made sense after I watched a health segment on The Today Show.
It spoke about a Harvard doctor’s surprising discovery of the real cause of unexplained weight gain.
It also talked about how a regular husband named Tyler Miller stumbled upon a “30-Second Bedtime Routine” that helped his wife, Martha, lose 65 pounds.
And it would be the same simple nightly routine that eventually led me to finally go from 259 to 142…
Most importantly, I've only been doing this for just 5 months, and I look and feel better than I can remember.
Nowadays I eat whatever foods I want, guilt free!
Because it exposes the real reason for unexplained weight gain...
And it shows how to target belly fat using this simple 30-second bedtime routine.
Nothing else you try will ever make the slightest bit of difference to your life...
Until you do this 30-Second Bedtime Routine.
And listen, I’m nobody special...
And if I can do this, you most certainly can.
