I even listened to Oprah talk about WW points on TV for years.
Yet, after turning 40, my body became a permanent storage warehouse for flab in all the worst places.
And I spent the better part of 20 years pushing 259 pounds.
When I displayed chronic health problems, my doctor told me I had to shed my excess weight…fast!
So for years, I endured the pains and frustrations of everyday life:
I had to restrict all my favorite foods, avoid carbs and sugar, and eat nothing but tasteless meals;
I had to spend money on expensive gym memberships and personal trainers; and
I had to miss out on social events that require me to stand for more than 10 minutes.
Whenever I catch my own reflection, I was ashamed of what I saw.
And I was angry at myself for letting it get this bad.
The most frustrating thing about trying to shed excess fat is that nothing EVER works!
What’s more, you’re made to feel like it’s all your fault.
But it is not your fault!
Because what most people don’t get and what the health gurus don’t tell us is that…
The true cause of belly fat has nothing to do with:
* How many carbs or sugars we eat…
* Or how much exercise we do….
* Or our genetics, thyroid hormones, or even our age.
It all made sense after I watched a health segment on The Today Show.
It talked about how a Harvard doctor dedicated 10 years of his life to find the real root cause of unexplained weight gain.
It also talked about how a regular husband named Tyler Miller stumbled upon a “30-Second Bedtime Routine” that helped his wife lose 65 pounds.
At the end of the segment, my mind was BLOWN away with what I just learned.
My mind had me skeptical at the results, but my heart told me to go for it!
So, I followed the 30-second bedtime routine, and I went from 259 to 142 in just 5 months.
Nowadays, I love what I see in the mirror…
And I wake up every morning full of energy.
Best of all, I get to enjoy all the foods I love: pizza, burgers, pasta, and even ice cream… guilt-free!
Now my friends and family are asking what it is I'm doing to get such great results.
