I used to be that girl who could eat whatever I wanted and not gain a single pound…
But after turning 42, that quickly changed…
Within a few years, I ballooned to 249…
At 62, I reached my lowest point… I developed prediabetes and my blood pressure shot through the roof…

It proved what I've been doing was NOT the problem.
I learned that it didn't matter how little we ate or how much we cut out sugar, or carbs, or fatty meals, or even how much time we spent our days exercising...
Because Mid-life metabolic stress was making absolute certain we don't lose an ounce of fat.
The video then showed a simple "30-second bedtime routine" that I could use to eliminate mid-life metabolic stress!
So I added the simple “bedtime routine” to my nights…
In just a single week, I could really see the changes…
My hips and thighs seemed smaller and my jeans became looser.
It was far easier than I had expected... no restrictive diets, no gruelling exercises...
The more weight I lost, the more I stuck to the routine.
Nowadays, I love what I see in the mirror...
I wake up each morning with chock full of energy…
I am no longer worried about diabetes, blood pressure, or cholesterol levels...
And I get to indulge in all my favorite foods… without feeling even an ounce of guilt...
Best of all, I’m stronger, happier and more confident than I’ve ever been.
There's now a new meaning in my life... and I believe I am capable of doing anything!
