The story I’m about to tell you represents a breakthrough that I and many other women have been seeking for years – perhaps even you too.

Let me give you a glimpse of my world before finding out about this, and how it ended up opening my eyes in a big way and completely changing my life.
Here’s my quick story…
For as long as I can remember I struggled with unexplainable weight gain, emotional eating, fatigue and lack of motivation.
For many years I felt trapped inside my own “large” body… believing nothing would ever work for me.
I’ll even admit this too: I wasn't happy with who I saw in the mirror. To this day my ex-husband has no idea just how many tears I’ve shed in private over the years.
I was insecure and very uncomfortable with who I had become. The worst part of all? I was literally ashamed of being naked.
I felt miserable and depressed because of my weight. I wasn't active at all and I couldn't do all of the things I wanted to.
Plus the relationship I had with my husband was deteriorating. I mean how could I show him affection when I felt the way I did about myself.
And then the worst happened, my husband walked out on me...
I can still recall the shock… the humiliation… and the gush of rage and despair oozing from every pore of my body when he took his things and left me.
My 22 years of marriage ended...
All I remember was feeling desperate and hopeless.
I was spiraling after my divorce, especially after I discovered my ex-husband was already dating someone younger than me.
My confidence was non existent, but somewhere in the dark clouds of my soul a ray of light poked through and with it, a rebellious voice saying...
"No! I won't give up my life! I won't let my happiness slip away! I won't let him win!"
I knew I had to make a change, so I got a gym membership and started a diet.
I was pretty much eating salads day and night.
For 4 weeks I followed everything the health and fitness experts tell us to do.
The day had arrived, and it was time to step on the scale and see how much I had lost...
And then the worst happened. I'd dropped "two pounds". Only two pounds had been lost after 4 weeks of cutting out my favorite foods and exercising 5 times a week?!
I had lost all hope at that point... I sobbed uncontrollably, and later that night, I reverted to my comfort foods.
It’s not something I ever told anyone, but I’d nearly reached rock bottom just before reconnecting with Donna. That’s why I was so shaken to the core when I saw how incredible she looked.
Donna always had a very similar ‘large’ build as me. So when I saw her looking so great, I was speechless and I’m never speechless.
Her amazing success and results gave me hope that this method might work for me too.
But I have to admit. I was SKEPTICAL, after trying everything I'd been told to do and nothing working, why would this be the thing that would magically and suddenly work?

So it was amazing to see my weight melt away after doing this unique 30-second simple bedtime routine...
It completely stopped me from emotional eating.
I can't believe after all those years I had no idea that if I didn't make this one simple addition to my bedtime routine it wouldn't matter how little carbs or sugar I ate or how many times I exercised.
To be honest, even though I had been frustrated for a long time, it was a relief to discover that it was not my fault.
The diet and fitness industries would LOVE for us to keep coming back to these meal plans and exercise programs that aren't sustainable… which is exactly what I discovered after I watched the video below, it finally opened my eyes and changed my life...
After adding this ritual to my day:
a. My cravings disappeared
b. I don't worry about gaining weight and losing control again
c. I can still eat all my favorite foods
d. My cholesterol is back to normal
e. I love how my clothes fit me
And the best part? Seeing my ex-husband's face when he saw the NEW me!
Getting and staying healthy is a choice but it doesn’t have to be as difficult as you think.
This is why I am now sharing my story with everyone I know.
I'm no certified health coach or a fitness guru.
But the funny thing is, all my friends (even my neighbors) are now coming to me for help instead of those so-called "experts".
