From 262 to 136 pounds. I'm 61 and 5’7. Never in a million years could I have imagined feeling like I was in my 20s again.

What a year it has been... I went from 262 to 136…

After years of being married and having 2 children, I stopped working out and let myself balloon up to over 250.

I spent most of my time looking after my children and I admit that I was not looking after myself.

Exercise and eating healthy was just not something I had time for.

I felt like a stranger in my own body, and I didn’t know who that was when I looked in the mirror.

My husband would always tell me he loved me no matter what, but I could feel the distance between us growing.

But it only ever lasted for a few weeks, before I fell back into my old habits….and nothing would change.

I didn’t want to attend at any events or see my friends and always made excuses for why I couldn’t go.

But staying home by myself was not helping my situation either.

Until one day I met my friend Barbara at our local mall.

She is a Nutritionist and is one of the top specialists in her field.

I explained my situation to Barbara and she told me not to worry, she had helped many of her clients who had similar stories to mine.
