After I turned 42, I noticed that was not the case anymore and over the next few years, I ballooned to 259…

By the time I turned 61, I developed pre-diabetes and high blood pressure…all of which made me feel tired and sick.

I felt so frustrated because it didn’t matter how many hours I spent exercising or how much I restricted my diet...

The numbers on the scale just wouldn’t budge.

I eventually gave in and convinced myself that I had to live like this for the rest of my life.

But on one sleepless night, I did some searching online…

... and I discovered this mind blowing video that proved what I've been doing was NOT the problem.

I learned that it didn't matter how much we avoided sugars, carbs and fatty foods or how much time we spent exercising...

Nowadays, I love what I see in the mirror...

I no longer have to worry about diabetes, my blood pressure or cholesterol level…

And I get to eat all the foods that I love without feeling guilty.

Best of all, I feel stronger, happier and more confident.

My life is on a whole new trajectory and I feel like I can do anything!
